How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer service team at info@bobcatbikes.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- Provide your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Refunds:
- Once we receive your return and verify the condition of the item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges: If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a prepaid return label and either send a replacement or issue a full refund.
